A Sound Structure for the Twenty-First Century
Fabien Maman, the founding father of vibrational sound therapy (Websters' Dictionary), will present a lecture/demonstration on the profound impact acoustic sound can have to balance and harmonize our subtle energy fields, chakras and physical bodies.
As an energy healer, Maman believes unbalance of all kinds begins to manifest in the subtle energy fields long before physical symptoms appear. He will discuss how acoustic sound can clear blockages in the subtle energy fields to restore and nourish the human energy system and aid the body in the recovery of its own balance in health.
The evening will begin with a presentation of Fabien Maman's extraordinary color slides documenting for the first time under a microscope, that acoustic sound can revitalize healthy cells as well as destroy cancer cells. This experiment, conducted in 1981, shaped the field of sound healing as we know it today.
His now famous tuning fork technique - using tuning forks and color lights instead of needles on acupuncture command points - created in 1977, has been used and copied world-wide. Colleagues in the music and medical field say he's a genius and a visionary before his time.
His work, based on exacting research, includes precise sound correspondences to harmonize the organs, acupuncture meridians, chakras, subtle energy fields with the seasons, directions and the stars. Each technique, clinically researched for at least 7 years, aligns with the Classical traditions of music theory, mathematics, Chinese medicine, astrology and esoteric philosophy.
